In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

"ji188" or "the Company" refers to the operator of the ji188 online casino platform, operating under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

"Platform" refers to the ji188 website accessible at https://ji188.vu, including all associated mobile interfaces, games, betting services, payment systems, and support channels.

"User," "You," or "Player" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses the ji188 Platform.

"Account" refers to the registered account held by a User on the ji188 Platform, including all associated balance, bonus credits, transaction history, and personal profile data.

"Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the User into their ji188 Account using any of the accepted payment methods, net of any withdrawals made.

"Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free bet amounts, cashback credits, or any other non-deposited value credited to a User's Account by ji188 in connection with a promotion.

"KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required before a User may make withdrawals or access certain account features on the ji188 Platform.

"PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body responsible for licensing and overseeing gambling operations in the Philippines.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the ji188 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire legal agreement between you and ji188 governing your use of the Platform.

By completing the ji188 account registration process, by clicking any "I Agree," "Accept," or equivalent button during onboarding, or by depositing funds or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you access the Platform on behalf of any organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and references to "you" include both you personally and that organisation.

ji188 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure under Section 11.

To register and maintain an active ji188 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for gambling in the Philippines as regulated by PAGCOR. ji188 conducts age verification as part of its KYC process. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any balance — whether real money or bonus — will be forfeited without right of recourse.

Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any form of legal guardianship that restricts your ability to enter contracts.

Jurisdictional Eligibility: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is lawfully permitted. ji188 is primarily designed for use by persons located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to verify that use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your location.

Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order issued by ji188, PAGCOR, or any other recognised gambling regulatory body. Attempting to register or access a ji188 Account while under an active self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms and may be reported to the relevant regulatory authority.

Not an Employee or Related Party: You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, consultant, or immediate family member of any ji188 group entity or of any software provider supplying services to ji188, unless explicitly authorised in writing.

To access real-money features of the ji188 Platform, you must complete the account registration process and, prior to making any withdrawal, successfully complete the KYC verification process.

Registration: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes.

One Account Rule: Each natural person may hold only one ji188 Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. ji188 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ji188 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. ji188 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

KYC Documents: Before processing any withdrawal, ji188 requires submission of valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and in some cases proof of payment method ownership. ji188 may request additional documentation at any time as required by its PAGCOR license obligations and Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) compliance requirements.

Verification Timelines: ji188 will endeavour to complete KYC verification within three (3) business days of receiving all required documentation. ji188 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification.

Accepted Payment Methods: ji188 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments, USDT, and Coins.ph. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction in the ji188 cashier. ji188 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Approved withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) business hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times are estimates and may be affected by payment provider processing schedules or compliance review requirements.

Withdrawal to Source: ji188 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source as part of its anti-money laundering obligations. Where a deposit was made via GCash, the corresponding withdrawal may be directed back to the same GCash account, regardless of the withdrawal method requested.

Transaction Fees: ji188 does not currently charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are entirely outside ji188's control and responsibility.

Dormant Account Policy: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. ji188 may apply a dormancy administration fee to such accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

ji188 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions. All promotions are governed by these general Terms as well as any promotion-specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated expiry period; any unconverted bonus balance expires automatically at the end of this period.

Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards satisfying bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live dealer table games, video poker, and certain other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% or 20%). The contribution rate for each game category is specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

Maximum Bonus Withdrawal: Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated using bonus funds is capped at a specified multiple of the original bonus value. Any winnings exceeding this cap are forfeited upon withdrawal.

Abuse and Fraud: ji188 reserves the right to withdraw, void, or cancel any bonus or promotional benefit if ji188 reasonably determines that a player has abused the promotion, exploited a technical error, or engaged in any pattern of play designed to extract guaranteed value from a bonus without genuine recreational intent. This includes low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

One Bonus Per Household: Promotional bonuses are available to one Account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. ji188 reserves the right to apply this restriction in its sole discretion.

All bets placed on the ji188 Platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this Section, as well as any game-specific rules published within the relevant game interface or game information section of the Platform.

Finality of Wagers: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the ji188 Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirmation.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, ji188 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. The decision of ji188's technical team in these matters is final.

Obvious Errors: ji188 reserves the right to correct any bets accepted at odds or terms that were published in error (including manifest pricing errors). If a bet is accepted due to an obvious error, ji188 will void such bet and return the stake to the Player's Account.

RNG Certification: All digital casino games offered on the ji188 Platform use certified Random Number Generator systems. Game outcomes are statistically random and are not influenced by previous results, bet size, account status, or any other external factor. RTP percentages for all slot titles are disclosed within the game information panel.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ji188 Platform. ji188 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in any of the following, and to report such conduct to PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where applicable:

Identity Fraud: Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information during registration, KYC, or any other Account process; impersonating any other person; or using an Account registered in another person's name.

Money Laundering: Using the ji188 Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. All transactions on ji188 are monitored in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act 9160, as amended) and PAGCOR's AML compliance requirements.

Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinating bets in live dealer games, or sharing card information in real time.

Automated Systems: Using bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to automate betting decisions or circumvent Platform security measures.

Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, miscalculated odds, or pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

"Gnoming" and Multi-Accounting: Operating or benefiting from multiple Accounts for the purpose of circumventing promotional limits, self-exclusion measures, or any other Platform restriction.

All content on the ji188 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, interface designs, audio, and video content — is the exclusive intellectual property of ji188 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content.

The ji188 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of the Company. You must not use any ji188 trademark or brand element without the prior written consent of ji188.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ji188's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ji188 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated winnings, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

ji188 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of interruption, or free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance periods and unscheduled outages may occur. ji188 will endeavour to minimise disruption but accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ji188's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gambling regulations.

Voluntary Closure: You may request closure of your ji188 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon receipt of a closure request, ji188 will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances before closing the Account. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon closure unless otherwise required by applicable regulations.

Suspension by ji188: ji188 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ji188 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) your Account has been used for prohibited conduct as described in Section 8; (b) you no longer satisfy the eligibility requirements in Section 3; (c) KYC verification has not been completed within a reasonable timeframe; or (d) there is an ongoing investigation by ji188, PAGCOR, or a law enforcement authority involving your Account.

Permanent Closure: ji188 may permanently close your Account without prior notice where prohibited conduct has been confirmed, where your Account has been used to facilitate financial crime, or where required to do so by PAGCOR or a competent Philippine authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, balances may be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities rather than returned.

Self-Exclusion: You may request self-exclusion from the ji188 Platform at any time via the Responsible Gaming tools accessible from your Account dashboard. Self-exclusion options range from a 24-hour cooling-off period to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, ji188 will not accept wagers from the excluded Account and will suspend marketing communications directed to that Account.

ji188 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The following tools are available to all ji188 Account holders and can be configured directly from the Account dashboard:

Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once a deposit limit is activated, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss amount over a defined period. Once your loss limit is reached, further wagering will be suspended until the limit period resets.

Session Time Reminders: Set reminders that notify you when you have been actively playing for a specified duration.

Reality Checks: Receive on-screen prompts at regular intervals displaying your net session result and time played.

Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform as described in Section 11.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

ji188 operates under a PAGCOR license and is subject to PAGCOR's regulatory oversight and dispute resolution procedures. In the event of any dispute between you and ji188 relating to the Platform or these Terms, you agree to first contact ji188's customer support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within fourteen (14) days of a dispute being raised with ji188, either party may escalate the dispute to PAGCOR under its established player complaint procedures. PAGCOR's decision in relation to any regulatory matter within its jurisdiction shall be final and binding.

For disputes not within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

ji188 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The reasons for amendment may include, but are not limited to, changes in applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulatory requirements, changes to Platform features or payment processing arrangements, corrections of errors or ambiguities in the existing Terms, and changes to ji188's operational policies.

Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively alter your rights or obligations — ji188 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account, or via a prominent notice displayed upon login to the Platform.

The most current version of these Terms is always accessible via the Terms & Conditions link in the ji188 Platform footer. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the current version took effect.

Your continued use of the ji188 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.
